During the above timeslot we will carrying out emergency maintenance at our Telehouse East pop.
This is due to a fault, identified by Cisco, on one of our supervisor cards and they are recommending immediate replacement.
We will begin to bring down sessions on the affected router at 23:30, with the card itself being replaced at 00:05, we expect sessions to be restored from 00:30 onwards.
Telehouse East directly connected customers will be without service from 00:00 onwards, Warwicknet Coventry sites will be failed over to alternative route and should not be affected, Blythe Valley Park and other Birmingham locations will also be without service.
