We are currently investigating an issue with packet loss on one of our links from our Data Centre in Northampton to London. We have re-routed traffic from Northampton around our network to improve service. We will post further updates as we have them made available.
Our monitoring has alerted us that we have lost connectivity with our street cabinets SMLT69, SMLT105, and SMLT122 in the LU2 9P area of Luton Airport. We are working to investigate the root cause of the mains power problem problem and will provide further updates as they happen.
