As of 9.25 this morning we have lost connectivity to BTs UK network (AS2856). This is an issue with BT and we suspect affecting all other providers. On Monday 30 June 14 between 19:00 and 20:00 one of our engineers will be completing some maintenance work at Heatchcote Industrial Estate. Effected customer have been notified by email if their connection is ‘At Risk’. This maintenance window is to allow copper re-routing at our BT handoff point.

One of the access switches providing internet access to some customers in Binley Innovation Centre has stopped responding overnight.
