At 11:30 we experienced a brief interruption to our outbound VoIP service. The outage was caused by a bug on the VoIP platform, which was caused T38 (fax) to loop in turn blocking outbound calls. The fault was quickly diagnosed and rectified, restoring service to all effected customers by 11:39.
At 07:50 WarwickNet suffered a loss of service on a core 10G fibre link between Manchester and London.
