A WarwickNet engineer will be working with our third-party fibre provider to upgrade the backhaul connectivity for Stratton Business Park during the maintenance window below:

During this time, customers at Stratton Business Park (SMBWD18, SMBWD23) will experience a loss of connectivity whilst the backhaul is upgraded to provide additional capacity for future services. The maintenance window is 4 hours, however the work is expected to be completed in a significantly shorter period within the window.
If your service does not come back online following the completion of the maintenance, please reboot your router in the first instance. If this does not restore service, please contact WarwickNet support.
