    We have dispatched an engineer to attend site and investigate. His ETA to site is approximately 11am depending on traffic conditions.

    Our engineer has arrived at our street cabinet and is currently investigating the cause of the fault.

    Our engineer has not been able to find the cause of the issue at the street cabinet so is heading to the other end of the circuit to investigate.

    We have also logged a fault with our 3rd party supplier to check their equipment.

    Service has been restored following our engineers investigation at the other end of the circuit.
